About James Monk

My name is James Monk  and I am a fully qualified personal trainer. I have a Register of Exercise Professionals Level 3 qualification as a Personal Trainer and a BA (Hons) degree in Health and Fitness Management. I have worked  as a full time personal Trainer for several years with such clubs as Virgin, David LLoyd, Fitness First  and Performance Fitness Gym in Eastbourne where I was Lead PT and assisted in the daily management of the club.

 

I provide advice to my own clients and club members on nutrition and diet programmes, fitness assessments, BMI and personal training. Look and feel good.
