Having 4 young children and 2 businesses to run, means I didn't have a lot of spare time to put in to a training plan by myself. For the last 7 months, James Monk  has taken all the stress out of it for me and made it fun again! Seriously won't find anyone more dedicated and true too word as a PT... if you are RESULTS driven, then James Monk Psnl can't be recommended enough!!! Go go go people....This is my comparison pic so far- 20 weeks difference. No bullshit, NO gimmicks NO pills NO potions NO meal replacements or expensive pills.... I contacted THE best PT, who gave me a total food plan (and no it's not rabbit food lol) amazing advice, gives me consistent help, and guides me through each and every one of my PT sessions with ease and understanding and patience. And the best part is I have total support and help from him as and when I need it... James has helped me too see what I can be, to focus my mind and continually helps me to become the best physical version of me.... and of course my confidence has grown massively too. I'm three weeks into James Monk PT 6 week booty summer programme. On top of the weight I had lost I've lost a further 6lbs and my body fat has dropped dramatically. My bum (that I've been trying to grow for years) has now popped out. Finally!! I have worked my arse off these past few weeks (quite literally) - but it's now a routine and I love the programme and diet so much!! It appears to really work for me. I can't thank James enough, he listened to what I was doing previously then worked out something around me and my hours. He listened to what I wanted to work on then not just told me what to do, but showed me how to do it properly. My body looks completely different! I'm so excited to see what the next few months has to offer other than blood sweat and tears 🙈😂 Kicking myself that I didn't get in contact with James sooner!

"Just had my 1st outdoor pt... and loved it!! (Well bear crawls can TOTALLY do one lol) but just changing things up is making such a difference, and neing outdoors was so refreshing.
